Microfocusing (Short)
Project is in post-production.
SYNOPSIS
Microfocusing is a narrative short film that explores the emotional toll and often invisible challenges of caregiver burnout, specifically in the context of caring for a family member with mental illness. It follows a young man in pursuit of his dreams, as he picks up his twin sister to take them to their father’s wedding. What should be a quick stop at a diner on their way becomes a day of reckoning. How much of ourselves should we sacrifice for those we love?
